JomRides Driver Privacy Policy

This Driver Privacy Policy explains how JomRides, operated by USGA (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data of drivers using the JomRides Driver Application (“Driver App”).

By registering or using the Driver App, you consent to this policy.

• Full name
• NRIC / Passport number
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Email address
• Profile photo

1.2 Driver & Vehicle Details

• Driving licence & PSV licence (if applicable)
• Vehicle registration number
• Vehicle make, model, year, colour
• Insurance details

1.3 Location Data

Collected to:

• Match drivers with passengers
• Enable navigation and trip tracking
• Calculate fares and distances

Location Access

• Foreground: when app is in use
• Background: only during active trips or online driver status

1.4 Device & Usage Data

• Device model & OS
• App activity logs
• IP address
• Crash and diagnostic data

1.5 Payment & Earnings

• Wallet balance
• Trip earnings
• Transaction history
• Bank details for payouts

JomRides does not store full card numbers.
